Dr. Chatrathi earned his medical degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Medicine in Little Rock. He completed his internship, residency, and fellowship at the University of Missouri in Columbia. Dr. Chatrathi also completed a fellowship at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City. He holds board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology.

He has extra fellowship training in Interventional cardiology and is Board Certified in Intervention Cardiology . He has access to colleagues who help him manage complex cases that are cutting edge like TAVR, Mitral clip through the MEDSTAR Washington Hospital Center.

Jessica is a board certified physician assistant with over 8 years of experience as a PA. She graduated with her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from DeSales University. Jessica enjoys empowering her patients to be active participants in their health and seeing the impact simple changes can make.
Penny Sabrina Brooks is an internationally known Master’s-level Registered and Licensed Dietitian and Nutrition Biochemist who specializes in diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and weight loss/weight management and is trained in counseling and culturally sensitive nutrition and health among multicultural, multiethnic, and minority communities. Her work has been featured as a guest contributor in multiple outlets abroad and in the U.S. and has been interviewed by El País, one of the leading digital newspapers in Spain and Latin America in addition to publishing international research in weight loss and minority health during her time at Florida International University. Penny has worked as a Clinical Dietitian in several hospitals and has been involved in the anti-hunger sector through the Food Research and Action Center, headquartered in Washington, D.C. Her most recent work includes working as a humanitarian nutrition consultant in emergency/war nutrition for Ukraine. She worked with a U.S. team of nutrition experts and professionals to assist with technical assistance, Medical Nutrition Therapy, and development of nutrition and educational materials for multiple Ukrainian health care, government, and nongovernmental agencies, and for families and children suffering from various medical and health issues, who in most cases, had multiple comorbid conditions in addition to malnutrition, amid war and an extreme food shortage/food access crisis. Penny now joins the Practice as an Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Obesity Dietitian Specialist and Clinical Nutritionist.
